Getting started is simple. Here’s how it works:
Step 1 — A free 15-minute consultation
We start with a conversation. No forms, no pressure. Dr. Tim listens to where you are, what you want to get back to, and what’s been standing in the way. Together you’ll decide whether this is the right fit.
Step 2 — Your personalized coaching sessions
Each 30-minute session is built around you — your body, your goals, your pace. Drawing on movement science, Ki Gong, and decades of clinical experience, Dr. Tim guides you through practices that build strength, restore mobility, and sharpen the mind-body connection.
Step 3 — A more active life, every day
The work doesn’t stop when the session ends. The tools, habits, and awareness you develop carry into everything you do — so you can keep doing what matters most to you, for as long as possible.
All sessions are held online via Google Meet. Dr. Tim works with clients across the United States and internationally.

About Dr. Tim Schroeder
Dr. Tim Schroeder has spent more than 36 years helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more fully. As the founder of a chiropractic clinic in Tahoe City, California, he has worked with thousands of patients across a lifetime of practice — and his approach has only deepened with time.
What sets Dr. Tim apart is the breadth and depth of what he brings to every session. He is not simply a chiropractor who coaches, or a coach with a fitness background. He is a rare combination of clinician, movement specialist, martial artist, and behavioral scientist — and he brings all of it to bear on your health.
Dr. Tim holds a sixth-degree Black Belt and is a certified Senior International Master Instructor in Tang Soo Do karate — a discipline he has practiced and taught for decades. He is one of only a handful of Level VI instructors worldwide certified by the World Ki Gong organization (WKG), an international body dedicated to the development of the body’s innate healing potential. In this role, he has presented on Ki Gong practice at both domestic and international levels, sharing this ancient health tradition with practitioners and students around the world.
He is also certified by Target Training International as a Professional Behavioral Analyst, with extensive training in the analysis of Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values — giving him a unique ability to understand not just how you move, but how you think, what drives you, and what gets in the way.
Dr. Tim believes that a balanced life is the foundation of reaching your greatest potential — in health, in activity, and in everything that matters to you. That belief is at the heart of every session he leads.
